If you want your diamond to be clarity enhanced then go for it! Diamonds are appreciated for their beauty, and if you can make your diamond undergo a "plastic surgery" to look nicer then why not? Some diamond lovers are so idealistic, or maybe just rich, thinking a customer should never settle on anything beside a very high quality natural diamond, never do any artificial modifications in a stone.
Diamond clarity enhancements are sometimes concealed from the jewelry shoppers because it is considered dirty, almost unmoral to treat natural diamonds and everywhere you go people warn you not to buy diamonds that have been treated, usually for no good reason. If such treatment wouldn't have been so criticized, then diamond dealers could have more open and honest about them, and we wouldn't have reached this problematic situation. Go enhance your diamond, take it to a diamond "plastic surgeon" and enjoy a nicer stone.

The only way you can enhance the clarity of your diamond is by taking it to get enhanced, or, if the diamond is big enough, you can get the diamond re-cut to remove any blemishes. Both methods obviously depreciate the value of the diamond. Diamond enhancements typically involve filling fissures, cracks, etc with clear material that doesn't impact the weight of the diamond. This process improves the clarity as it appears to the naked eye and under a magnifying glass, however, it can potentially cause the stone to be more fragile. Moreover, because there is no agreement within the industry on the "legitimacy" of diamond enhancement, it's really up to you whether or not you want to enhance the clarity of your diamond.

Do you really want to go there?! Diamond clarity enhancement treatment, don't really make your diamond clearer, only works out some temporal ways to hide flaws. Some diamond dealers implement these treatments and then sell clarity enhanced diamonds to the public, hiding the former (or rather still "present") flaws and often not notifying the customer that the diamond has been clarity enhanced. Heat and cleaning could undo fracture filling, and even laser drilling, which does remove inclusions permanently leaves some lines, which look rather ugly under magnification.
