My wife and I are soon to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Every anniversary I present her with diamond jewelry. This year I want to give her something a little different (but still something with diamonds). What can I get her?

So far I've gotten her quite a few pairs of diamond earrings, both diamond studs and dangling diamond earrings, quite a few diamond pendant necklaces, diamond bracelets and diamond rings, and I'm running out of ideas...

If you want to give your wife something personal and intimate, but you don't want it to be diamond jewelry then how about presenting her with a diamond encrusted picture frame (holding a wedding photo). Or maybe you could get her a diamond embedded keepsake box with a few personal tidbits included inside or a diamond jewelry box in which to keep all her anniversary jewelry. For an extra touch, consider engraving a few choice sentences onto your diamond gift.

I don't know how much you are looking to spend, but there are some high end diamond encrusted cell phones on the market, and that would certainly make her stand out in a crowd. Another good idea is diamond-set sunglasses. I don't think I've ever seen any for sale but I'm sure you can find some, and if not then it should be no problem to get them custom made.
