Can a charm bracelet look too cluttered? Is there such a thing as piling on too many charms? Is there a limit on how many charms can or should be added to one bracelet? Or can I add on as many charms as I like? I don't want to look tacky!

Definitely! Charms can make a lovely addition to your charm jewelry, but the thing is that sometimes too many charms can take away from the beauty of a charm bracelet, or the charm of it if you will. If you can't help yourself and you just keep acquiring more and more charms, I say get yourself started on another piece of charm jewelry. It can be a charm bracelet, a charm necklace, a charm key ring, whatever you want – just don't keep adding charms to the same piece of jewelry until it loses all its original beauty! Too many charms just end up making your jewelry look way too bulky and no one wants that… Besides, a girl can never have enough charm jewelry right? So why not just start a whole charm jewelry collection instead of trying to stuff everything onto one charm bracelet.

If you ask me, there's no such thing as too many charms on a charm bracelet! Charms are little emblems that you accumulate throughout your life of events and /or people that mean a lot to you. You can never have enough of those! Each charm is another extra special addition to your charm bracelet so I think as long as they can fit on a single piece of jewelry, there's no such thing as too many charms! Since charm jewelry is all about nostalgia and a sense of history, you need to tap into your feelings and go with whatever your heart tells you. If you want a certain charm to be part of your charm bracelet because it suits a specific theme or matches another family heirloom then don't hesitate to add it on. The important thing is for you to love your charm bracelet and understand the special meaning it holds for you.
