Nessa is one of my favorite jewelry designers. When I heard that there is a new up and coming jewelry artist who does beautiful, chic geometric cut outs in fine metal, I had to ask around. Who is this? does anyone know what I'm talking about?

I have the feeling that you are referring to Michal Lerman. Michal Lerman is an up and coming jewelry designer who really has some gorgeous pieces. Her jewelry is really contemporary with clean lines, and she takes her inspiration from nature, from mathematics, from technology and even from industry. Her patters are absolutely breathtaking and make a serious impact in a stylish and modern way. And yet, she somehow manages to capture the feminine, even in her hard and square-patterned pieces. She isn't well known just yet, but hopefully she'll be discovered. She has had several jewelry shows in Spain and Israel but is still working on breaking into the market.
