My mom used to have a bracelet made out of what she called Cuddle quartz and it was stolen. Her birthday is coming up and I want to surprise her with a bracelet made out of Cuddle quartz. Does anybody know what this is? (Maybe it's a Brazil thing. that's where my mom's from)

Cuddle quartz is just another name for Citrine, which is a yellowish-brownish crystal. It's also called Bahia Topaz or Madeira. Ut's usually heated artificially. Natural Citrine is quite hard to find, It makes sense that your mom would have a bracelet made of citrine, as most Citrine, or "Cuddle Quartz" comes from the Rio Grande do Sul area in Brazil
