My grandmother bought me a gorgeous blue tourmaline bracelet, and I want to make sure to take care of it properly. What are the things I should be aware of in order to keep my crystal bracelet in mint condition?

Well, the first thing you should do is avoid any makeup, lotion, hair spray or perfume stains. You can be sure to do this by always putting your crystal jewelry on last when getting dressed and taking it off last when getting undressed. Use a damp cloth to wipe your crystal jewel gently to remove finger prints and other possible grease. If there's a stubborn stain on your crystal you can use a cotton swab soaked in water with a little bit of window cleaner. Then leave your crystal to dry on a cotton cloth, preferably over night.
