What's better about crystal than diamond?

Well, I don't know about feeling satisfied or not, and I certainly would say that for engagement rings there is nothing like diamonds, but crystal jewelry can be gorgeous, and there are a few really great things about it that can make you prefer it over a lot of diamond jewelry. Unless you are buying an engagement ring, in which I would say to stick to gem stones and especially white diamonds, crystal jewelry is great because it really is beautiful, and has its own light reflecting properties that are not made to look like diamond (the way cubic zircona is just an imitation) but actually reflect the light and look like beautiful crystal. It's often less expensive than diamond jewelry-which means you can afford a more beautiful piece, but it can also be very expensive and worthwhile, and you don't have to feel ashamed of it for any reason. It has a long and amazing history and is used to make a lot of beautiful things. It isn't as sturdy as diamond, not that diamond can never be hurt-but it is the hardest substance that is naturally occurring. You have to be careful with crystal, but at the same time this gives it a really ethereal quality, and looks beautiful with feminine gowns and other outfits. I definitely recommend it, but you should try to have some diamond and some crystal jewelry. Each brings its own beauty and attributes, and each has it's own reason for being so popular.
