I was wondering what kind of unique organic-based jewelry designs there are out there?

I love leaf earrings... The jeweler coats beautiful leaves in gold, silver or some other substance so that the shape and texture of the leaves are preserved... then the leaf can be made into earrings (if there are two leaves), or a necklace (if there is one). What's so unique about these earrings is that since their entire shape is based on an organic material in it's natural format (i.e. a leaf) no two can be alike. There are no duplicates of the same leaves, and even a pair of "matching" earrings are not actually matching...they are each slightly different. Some designers even make it so you can pick which earrings will "match" so you can pick two leaves of the same tree, or two leaves of different trees that complement each other. Really cool!
