What is the most expensive use of diamonds in a wedding dress?

A dressmaker teamed up with Jeweler Martin Katz to make the most expensive wedding dress on record... It's worth $12 million dollars, and has diamonds (150 carats!!!!) sewn over its surface... It's probably a little extravagant for most of us!

Yeah I saw that dress online! It's incredible! I can't believe someone would make such an extravagant dress, I mean who could afford a diamond encrusted wedding gown anyways? Maybe Donald Trump, but not your average Joe. I would love to own that dress, although I think it may be a little heavy to wear, since it's almost entirely covered in diamonds. And when did it become so trendy to cover wedding accessories with diamonds? I recently read an article about a diamond encrusted wedding cake! Apparently the cake is covered with $1.3 million worth of diamonds, serves 300 people, which comes to more than $3,000 for a single slice of cake! Astounding! I understand paying top dollar for bridal diamond jewelry but I never thought anyone would want, or could afford a diamond encrusted wedding cake or a wedding dress covered with diamonds! I personally think that these diamond encrusted creation are a little tacky, and maybe a little too extravagant. Its one thing to want your wedding to be exaggerated, it's quite another to spend millions of dollars doing it.
