I like them, but I don't know anything about them.

Brown diamonds are the most common color variety of natural diamonds. The brown color makes them less attractive as gemstones and most are used for industrial purposes, however technical advances and improved marketing programs, especially in Australia, have resulted in brown diamonds becoming valued as gemstones in recent years. Australian diamonds, which constitute one third of the world production, are especially rich in brown stones. Large amount of scientific research was spent to understand the origin of the brown color. Several causes have been identified, including irradiation treatment, nickel impurities and lattice defects associated with plastic deformation, the latter are considered as the predominant cause, especially in pure diamonds. A high-pressure high-temperature treatment has been designed to heal lattice defects and convert brown diamonds into yellow or even colorless stones

Brown diamonds, which are often called Champagne, Cognac or Chocolate diamonds depending on their shade of brown, used to be really unfashionable and were mainly used for industrial purposes. They are still the least valuable kind of diamond, but they actually are pretty rare-although the least rare of the fancy colored varieties. Lately they have made a big splash in the world of designer jewelry, with celebrities wearing them on the red carpet, and designers using them in elaborate and beautiful designs. They are very versatile because they compliment so many colors, and are often used congruently with other colored diamonds, with black diamonds, with white diamonds, and with gemstones. They also look better in gold settings than most other colors of diamonds. Because they are less expensive, in today's limited economic state jewelers have begun to prefer them because it is easier for them to create such extensive and creative designs if they don't have to use priceless stones that no one can afford. On the other hand, don't let the fact that the diamonds are "less expensive" fool you into thinking that they aren't worth much. They can still be quite expensive.
