I am about to celebrate my one year anniversary with my husband, and I am wondering if anyone has any ideas for his and hers jewelry pieces. We have the rings and he doesn’t wear much else, but I would like to have something for us that we can always have and can always use to remember our first year together.

Yes, there is such thing as his and hers anniversary jewelery although most anniversary jewelry is for women and take the form of eternity rings, bracelets and earrings. In fact, eternity rings are probably the most popular anniversary rings, even though they are traditionally given much later in a marriage.
If you're looking for something for your husband, you may want to consider a simple wedding band and have it engraved. If you want something more colorful, there are two and three-tone rings that have become rather popular in the last few years.
You can also design your own anniversary rings to fit whatever your and his tastes are and even set diamonds or other stones in the ring. One thing to keep in mind though is that men's rings are generally less ornate and if they have diamonds, they are very subtle and typically are set into the ring rather that in the type of setting that is used in your engagement and wedding ring.
