it's written in the chain 925 Italy?

Unfortunately, you've likely been scammed. 925 is a term that is never used in conjunction with gold. Gold is measured in karats and appears as 14K, 18K and sometimes even 24K. Gold should not turn black for any reason, even if the gold is mixed with a darker metal to create black or brown gold (Rose gold is gold mixed with copper; chocolate gold is mixed with a higher concentration of copper). However, the term is used with silver.
925 Sterling Silver is the highest quality silver available that is 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals - usually copper, but sometimes other metals such as aluminum and nickel. If it isn't 925 sterling silver, then you likely have a piece of jewelry made from a much cheaper metal that was painted with a coat of 925 sterling silver paint.
As for Italy, that's likely where it was manufactured.
