from what you are saying about the clarity and colour of the diamond i think you can probably seel it for about 1800-2100 after triple keying the wholesale price, depending on you customer and because of the rising price of gold right now:)
hope this helps!!

Seven diamonds on a journey pendant totaling 1.50 ct probably break down as follows:
1-5pt, 1-8pt, 1-12pt, 1-20pt, 1-30pt, 1-40pt, 1-50pt
The wholesale price for the four smaller diamonds altogether is probably around $300.
The wholesale price for the 30, 40, and 50pt diamonds is probably around $300, $400 and $600.
Therefore the diamond value in your pendant is probably around $2200. The gold value could bring that all up to ~$1400 altogether.
Please remember that this price is assuming that the diamonds are indeed very good diamonds as you mentioned (say Very Good cut, VS1 clarity and D-F color).
Therefore whoever buys this from you needs to be able to sell it for ~$1400 and make money so the best value that you could probably hope to get from a second hand place / pawn shop, etc. is probably under $1000. BTW, just for comparison I just saw a 2.0ctw journey pendant offered for sale on ebay for ~$1100. However, the diamonds on this pendants were of lesser quality than yours.
