Please could someone explain what are those diamond clips I started noticing on people's sneakers?

Am I the only one who noticed those diamond clips that are attached to people's shoelaces? What is it? Where can I find it? Are those real diamonds?

"Kickbars" is an inventive and creative jewelry concept that is patented by Robert B. Martin. He confesses that the idea came about after he found himself going through his mom's jewelry collection to try and find a perfect jewelry piece to upgrade the look of his kicks. You have to admit, the man had a very creative idea, which is now starting to literally kick off, especially amongst hip hop fashion mongers. Just when you think that everything that could have possibly been invented in the diamond jewelry industry already has, this piece of innovative diamond jewelry proves you wrong.

What you're talking about is called "Kickbars". As you described, it looks like a diamond plated bar that laces through your sneaker shoelaces to create an upgraded, fresh and hip look. The Original Kickbars obviously use real diamonds, reaching up to 54 diamond pieces and weighing 2 carats. These diamonds are set in a 14k white gold bar weighing 15 grams. Although it was initially designed to attach to your shoelaces, people also thread the diamond piece through a necklace to show it off on their neck, or through a bracelet to show off on the wrist. You should know that prices for these diamond Kickbars start off at $6500 USD, and so they are not the accessory for every pocket.
