I was just thinking to myself if there is one item left in this world which hasn't been encrusted with diamonds by some sort of company in the world. Could cameras be it?

I am pretty sure that Canon has. I seem to remember looking at adverts with tennis star Maria Sharapova who presented Canon's Diamond Collection Camera. Canon had this whole thing about giving out five cameras which actually feature real diamonds on the occasion of their big reveal for this collection. I looked it up just to make sure, and indeed my memory hasn't failed me. Canon really made these exclusive diamond studded camera edition. These cameras actually feature 88 diamonds which are studded along the edges of the lens, overall weighing an impressive 2.22 carats in weight and reaching a price tag of $12,000 dollars!

Actually, yes – there is a diamond studded camera, believe it or not. This creation was actually the result of a collaboration between Dalumi, LG and Ricoh. This over the top camera is made from white gold and the diamonds are studded along the circular parameters of the zoom lens. So in fact, there are actually three halos of diamonds around the camera lens. All in all, this diamond studded camera features around 200 brilliant cut diamonds, and it is priced at a whopping $25,000 dollars! But you should at least take a look at the bright side – you won't need to use the flash with this sparkly device!
