What does the number 610 mean on a large gold scarf clip?

Also what does 307 mean on gold cufflinks and something that looks like an s or 5 in a triange or could be an A mean on a gold coloured brooch with what looks like a bit of black or silver discoloration, not sure if its on top or showing through. Thanks!

The numbers probably refer to the percentage of gold in the clip and scarf clip. That's because in Europe, where those pieces come from, they measure gold out of 1,000 pieces. Thus, the 307 means 307 of 1,000 parts gold and 610 means 610 of 1,000 pieces of gold. The symbols are probably trademark symbols of whoever made your cufflinks or and clip.
