I heard Elizabeth Taylor is getting married again and having a wedding turban with diamonds designed for her. Is this true?

Yes, Elizabeth Taylor (RIP) was certainly a diamond icon. She had so many beautiful, amazing pieces all with such fairytale stories! She did indeed wear a wedding turban to her 9th wedding (wow!!!) and it was no ordinary turban, this one was valued at 3 million dollars thanks to its amazing jewel encrusting. Apparently the turban was built with a 30 carat stone in the middle and two 40 carat yellow canary diamonds!!! Can you imagine? Wow – and that was only her turban! Traditionally turbans are worn by men in India for their weddings. Taylor’s turban was similar in structure and that is about it. Most of the men have a beautiful cloth turban with perhaps one or two diamonds (if any at all!!)

You heard right! Elizabeth Taylor is getting married again (and for the 9th time!) and she's apparently having a designer draw up sketches of a turban that she will wear down the aisle. Word is the turban will be covered in lots and lots of diamonds, lace and crystal. Why wouldn't she have tons of diamonds for her wedding day,she is Elizabeth Taylor - aren't diamonds her middle name? I guess lots of women in her generation really like the look of turbans.
