Is my ring to big?

I got engaged and my fiance bought me a ring online. I have small fingers so my fiance ordered it in size 4. It was initially too large so we sent it back for resizing and asked for a 3.75. Now it is much better but I still think that it might be a little too large but I'm not sure. Does anyone know a way to figure out if my engagement ring is too large or perhaps is the right size after all.

Your hands will swell in the summer (heat) and will shrink in the winter (cold weather).
However, the main thing is that you have some resistance when taking the ring off over the knuckle. If not, then most likely it is still a little big. I would however, give it a little somee time to get used to it. Different times of the day, different foods we eat and drink and our body chemistry can all affect the sizing and how a ring fits. Also if you has bigger knuckles and need a bigger size to get over the knuckle, then there isn’t much you can do other than try sizing balls or an arthritic shank which I wouldn’t recommend.
