It sounds like your jeweler did not secure the diamonds well enough and possibly loosened another stone by accident. Depending on the setting type, it may be necessary to have the stones reset.

The most common settings are prong settings since they let the diamonds or whatever gemstone is set in them reflect the most light. However, they aren't as strong as a more protective setting such as a Bezel setting since they can get caught on objects such as a coat or shirt sleeve and loosen. In addition, prong settings can be bent. This is why active people typically use more protective settings such as a channel or Bezel setting.

I recommend taking your ring back to your jeweler and find out if all of the settings are loose. If they are, find out how much it will cost to replace the settings and have them replace. But I'd compare with other stores as well, just to be safe.
