Not all jewelry stores buy used pearl jewelry or vintage pearl jewelry. Jewelry stores usually prefer buying gold or platinum and diamond jewelry. However, if the jeweler deals in estate jewelry he may be inclined to buy your pearl jewelry. If all else fails, you can try selling the pearls to a pawn shop, just make sure you know the value of your pearl jewelry before hand, so you won't get ripped off.
