Yes to both questions. There are some tests you can do at home, but in all honesty it would be far easier, and more reliable, to take your bracelet to a local jeweler. Most jewelers only need to take a close look to tell whether or not your stones are real. However many jewelers also have a small electronic diamond tester that will quickly tell you whether or not your diamonds are real.

The most common diamond imitation is cubic zirconia (CZ), which although very similar at a glance to a diamond, lacks many key characteristics of diamonds.
Although the best way to determine if a diamond is genuine is to take it to a jeweler. However, you can do a few tests at home.
Breath on the stones- diamonds don't retain heat, so they won't fog over.
Also, you can rub it against a real diamond- since the diamond is harder, it will scratch the CZ- however, this method isn't recommended
