i need to get in touch with some diamond cutting factories in Guangzhou soon as i'm going there for the jewellery fair. are there any people i can talk regarding this?

I'm not going there, but I've heard only good things.

What exactly do you need information about, exactly? If you are looking for accommodation, I know there are a number of hotels you can book, and it says on the website that: 

"For visiting trade buyers, it is possible to visit the Fair for one day as the journey time to Guangzhou is only 2 hours by train, or 3 hours by bus. UBM Asia can recommend hotels to stay if you want to spend more time at the Fair to explore more fully the potential of manufacturers and suppliers in China."
